Problems Can Be Your Best Friend

In 1 Pet 2:9, we see a picture of who we are… Kings! And as kings, people of leadership, we have problems in life. Not everything will easy or without resistance.
As people of authority, we will have problems. And that’s ok! We’re called to overcome!
In fact, the more authority you have—the more vision, the bigger the dreams—the more problems you’ll have! And it’s ok! Because we also have the solutions, inside of us!
We have to get over the mindset that we shouldn’t have problems.
That as people of authority and leadership, we won’t have things to face and overcome.
‘Problems’ are not a sign of failure, but of authority and vision!
In fact, of you don’t have problems, things requiring you to step up and overcome, maybe you don’t have a vision!
You need to get a vision, you need to be dreaming a dreams!
Prov 25:2 Encourages us that it is the glory of kings to search out a solution to the problems that they face.
*Even Jesus had problems! He had obstacles to rise above, He faced things to overcome.
The bigger our vision, the bigger our dream… The more problems we’ll have to face.
Problems can be your best friend.
We can make problems our best friend. Not run from a problem, but move toward it, and use it for our good. Often we have to embrace our problems before we can see a turnaround!
In fact, the solution is often waiting to be discovered within you!
We have to have a vision! Can’t be afraid of the problems. Need to dream!
And we need to stay focused on our dream, on our vision.
It’s important that we surround ourselves with people that will embrace you. Because when you start sharing what’s in your heart, your experiences, what you’re dreaming about… There will be people that will try to be dream-stealers.
We need to be with people that will support our dreams. And as we add support to each others dreams, we add support to the overall vision of this body. Surround ourselves with people that won’t steal our dreams but will feed them.
Stay focused in our dreams, not out problems!
And staying focused is not a one time event. Have to do it continually.
Write it down! Speak it out! Declare it! Believe it!
We do not have a spirit of fear. But that’s not to say that we do not get fearful. Sometimes I get afraid of certain things, as I seek to walk out my dreams. And the only way to overcome that thing is to FACE it!! Face that giant, head on.
Often, as you dream, the people closest to you will often steal your dreams. Because they know you. They’ve lived life with you. But as you continue to pursue and chase your dreams, they will catch up.
[Luke 4: (Jesus went 'on his way')]
What problems do you need to walk through? to move on and go on your way?
Problems can be your best friend. They can propel us and launch us.
Last words:
Stay humble.. And don’t take things personal. Continually wash off those things that can so easily offend.
But keep dreaming!
