Revival at a Highschool! Oct 2010

Here is a testimony from one of our youth. Let this testimony encourage you, build your faith and launch you into walking in the love and power of Jesus!

"So on tuesdays and thursdays we have chapel at school, I go to mei. and we were in chapel and they gave us the chance towards towards the end of chapel if we felt we needed to come up and share, to just come up and share what God's doing in our lives, at first i felt a little resistance to going up and sharing, but my heart was pound, so i got up and shared about what God was doing in my life. Right then, i got a word for back pain, i wasn't sure at that point if it was for someone in the room, so i just asked if anyone had backpain, God later told me, that the back pain was for someone's relative in the room. So once i said relative, one guy stood up, and said, be more specific, how many years has this person had back pain, i said about 3-4 years, the boy said, that's my dad you're talking about, i knew he had a brother so i asked him and his brother to come up on behalf of his dad, so that i could pray over their family. The boys came up and i really felt i needed to pray over both of them, so my friend held the mic for me as i laid hands on both boys. As i was praying for them, the older brother's phone was vibrating so much, he didn't want to answer it due to the fact that we were in chapel in school, i told him that i would take the blame if he got in trouble and to just check his text message. He took out his phone, and saw that it was from his dad, he started balling right then, he opened his phone and read the text message, i was reading over his should, so i knew what was going on, but everyone else was confused. i asked him to read his text outloud for the whole chapel to hear, his dad was in the hospital that hour while i was praying for him, he was getting tests done, and while we were praying as he was getting these tests done, screaming in pain, the pain immediately went away. His dad was asking what was going on and the boys said that someone was praying for him and that he had nothing to worry about, he was in God's hand now!! The boys were extatic, they hadn't heard of their dad not having back pain for four years!!"
