What a fabulous time we had on outreach last Saturday! It really is God’s pleasure and joy to give us the kingdom, so we can release it to those we meet. And when we release the kingdom of God to the people we meet their response is “MMMMMM, I have tasted and seen that God really is good!” After a starving man or women has tasted His unending goodness there is no holding them back from running into the Father’s house!
Simone got to taste of God’s goodness. After Simone had been ministered to at one of our Spiritual readings booths we asked if we could pray and release healing for her. She told us that one of her legs was shorter than the other and that she had to wear a build up in her shoe to make it easier to walk. After we shared a testimony of another man who had a leg that was short from birth who was healed she expectantly took off her shoe and the build up. Our team of about ten gathered around her to pray and watch what Jesus was about to do. We lifted both legs up and yes, her right leg was about 2 inches shorter that the other one. We began to pray and her leg began to slowly move! As we praised God for what He was doing her leg continued to come out until both legs were totally even! Yeah God!! Simone told us after that she felt a heat rush through her back and down her leg! Her back and hip were healed as a result. He is good! Simone’s friend who was standing by said, “I can feel power!” So we turned to her and began to pray, after releasing some prophetic words she was completely healed of back problems (I think it was something with her discs)!!
We also ministered to a elderly East Indian lady who was completely healed of arthritis that was affecting her whole body! Joy!! We got to share with her that it was Jesus who had healed her, and how He loved her incredibly!
There where many more wonderful encounters with our loving God that day, and I know there are many more to come.
Be encouraged today by Eph 2:10 which says that you are God’s handiwork, He made and created you in Christ to do good works, and these “good works” have already been prepared for you to step into! “Good works” are your destiny!
I pray a fresh release of the “good works” of God in your life, that His fruit would be abundant in you, more than you could imagine, as you rest in the love of the Vine!
